This is one of the quickest, most simple methods for making grain/gluten free pizza crust. This is virtually just an easy little vessel for any toppings you like! The idea came from an internet search… I cannot find the original recipe, and I do not remember how much I have modified this, if at all.
In any event, here it is! If you know of any variations, of your own or from other sources, please share!
By the way, these can be used for sandwiches and burgers too.
Sooooooooo Easy!
Combine ingredients.
Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour onto lightly greased parchment-lined cookie sheet… any size you like…. as though you are making a pancake.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until set.
Add any toppings you like!
3 Ingredient Gluten Free Pizza Crust
… or hamburger buns, or sandwich bread.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c coconut flour
- 1/4 t baking soda
- salt and pepper, to taste
- optional: seasoning; garlic, herbs, nutritional yeast, whatever you like
Method
Combine all ingredients together into a bowl. Whisk until you have a smooth pourable batter.
Pour mixture onto lightly greased parchment-lined cookie sheet… any size you like…. as though you are making a pancake.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until set.
Add any toppings you like!
